On this page we have a look at missionaries that we pray for and would like to hold up in prayer for folks who would ordinarily not pray for them. Our hope is that this inspires you to think about missions work in the country we have listed, in this case we have listed England. 

If you feel led to contact the missionaries then we would encourage you to do so,  every missionary loves to receive words of encouragement and support. Also if you feel led to support them financially as well as in prayer, we would encourage that also. 

The Sylvesters

This is a short introduction to Dave and Nancy Sylvester. Dave is the pastor of Calvary Chapel York in the north east of England. In addition to the church campus, there is also a Bible college based at York also.

York is a wonderful old city surrounded by a city wall. (The city wall now only houses part of the city centre and is home to York Minster, one of the finest catherdals in Northern Europe.

Uilleam and Chelsea have only met Dave once when they attended CC York whilst on holiday in the city, they found both Dave and CC York to be a warm inviting place to visit. Dave certainly made time for us and we pray for his mission lots.

As metioned previously, Dave has a lot on his plate with both the church and the Bible College so he really could use your prayers.
